We are a family run business situated in the heart of the Natal Midlands. We manufacture an assorted range of speciality cows' milk cheese and award winning goats' milk cheese. 80 % of the milk used in our factory comes from our own Milch goat and Jersey Cow herds.

Description A stirred curd cheese, with a soft creamy body and mild taste. Made to an American country cheese recipe, from pure Goat's milk. Shelf life: 6 weeks at 4ºC.

Nandi

Description

A traditional farm style cheese-slightly dry and a little salty with a piquant aftertaste. Made from pure Goats milk. A regal cheese fit for a queen. Variants include a Sage Nandi, a Black Pepper Nandi and a Rooibos Nandi, all with their respective herbs or spices as a layer in the centre of the cheese. Makes a great statement on a cheeseboard. Shelf life: 6 weeks at 4ºC.

Description

As the name implies, a smooth white mountain cheese made in the gouda style, from pure Goats milk. An ideal children's cheese because of its very mild taste. Variants include Olive, Tarragon and Black Pepper and Cumin. Shelf life: 6 weeks at 4ºC.

Description

Description

A soft, fresh Goats' milk cheese available in various spiced flavours or plain. Ideal for cooking or to replace Danish Feta in salads.
